Business Technology Lead

Location: Tel Aviv | Job Type: Full-time

A key leadership role at the core of a leading corporate group, bridging the gap between business strategy and technology while driving advanced digital transformation.

The position involves working directly with executive management and making a wide impact on business and technological processes, with a central focus on implementing advanced AI solutions and integrating them into the organization’s core.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading cross-organizational tech projects end-to-end

Bridging business needs with advanced technological solutions

Hands-on leadership of AI and automation initiatives

Designing and implementing AI architecture and data-driven solutions

Integrating systems and AI agents into core operational processes

Streamlining and optimizing business processes across the group

Requirements:

Significant experience leading technology projects or information systems

Deep hands-on experience in AI solution development, implementation, or architecture

Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in business enterprises

Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze complex processes

Experience working directly with executive management and multiple cross-functional stakeholders

Systems thinking, independence, and strong driving/execution capabilities

Experience leading innovation initiatives or digital transformation

Experience working within a multi-company environment or a complex corporate structure
