Overview
We are seeking an experienced CFO with a track record of scaling finance operations in manufacturing-driven, hardware, or industrial companies with supply chains and production economics, to build and lead our financial strategy as we grow.
Role Summary
The CFO will partner with the founders to lead financial operations, capital raising, compliance, and long-term strategic planning across Israel, the U.S., and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead capital raising (Seed → A → B), investor strategy, and due diligence
● Build and own financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
● Establish financial systems, controls, reporting, and governance
● Working with external bookkeeping and Big4 auditor
● Ensure compliance with Israeli Companies Law, tax rules etc
● Oversee cross-border structures, transfer pricing, and financial operations
● Support manufacturing, supply chain/unit economics, and global commercialization
● Integrate IP strategy into financial planning and valuation
Qualifications:
● CFO or VP Finance experience in early-stage companies
● Deep-tech, water tech, or hardware experience
● Proven track record raising capital
● Familiarity with Israeli corporate, tax, labor, and securities law
● Experience with U.S. subsidiary
● Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills
● Hands-on – able to work without internal financial team
● Ability to translate complex technical, commercial, and financial concepts into clear insights for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
● Fluency in English and AI tools
