The Garden School, a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in Tel Aviv, is looking for a warm, motivated, and creative early childhood educator to join our team. This is a full-time position working with children ages 1–4 in a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A caring, responsible, and creative individual with a deep respect for children

Fluent in English or Hebrew

Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Familiarity with Judaism and/or progressive educational philosophies is a plus
