Overview

A leading company managing a real estate portfolio in Israel and abroad is seeking a Property Manager (Financial and Asset Portfolio Manager) with a broad financial and business vision. The role combines operational, financial, and legal management of assets in Israel and abroad.

​Office Location: Caesarea
Position Scope: Full-time. Includes visits to assets in Israel and short flights abroad as needed.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Financial and Budgetary Management: Building and monitoring annual budgets for each property, managing current payments, salaries, insurance, and collection.
​Data and Property History Management: Consolidating invoices for capital gains tax, insurance, acquisition history, contracts, and international fund transfers.
​Operational Management and Supplier Relations: Ongoing work with local property managers abroad and maintenance staff in Israel, and tracking task execution in the properties.
​Legal and Business Aspects: Drafting lease agreements, working with company headquarters, and supporting business processes in the properties.

Requirements:
​Education/Financial Background: Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or economics – Mandatory.
​Experience in Real Estate / Property Management – Mandatory.
​Languages: Hebrew and English at a high level (ongoing written and verbal communication abroad) – Mandatory. Fluent Russian – Mandatory.
​Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to set up and build databases from scratch and manage the financial and legal history of properties.
​High intelligence, independence, initiative, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
​Availability for travel in Israel and short flights abroad as needed.
