Overview
A leading company managing a real estate portfolio in Israel and abroad is seeking a Property Manager (Financial and Asset Portfolio Manager) with a broad financial and business vision. The role combines operational, financial, and legal management of assets in Israel and abroad.
Office Location: Caesarea
Position Scope: Full-time. Includes visits to assets in Israel and short flights abroad as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Budgetary Management: Building and monitoring annual budgets for each property, managing current payments, salaries, insurance, and collection.
Data and Property History Management: Consolidating invoices for capital gains tax, insurance, acquisition history, contracts, and international fund transfers.
Operational Management and Supplier Relations: Ongoing work with local property managers abroad and maintenance staff in Israel, and tracking task execution in the properties.
Legal and Business Aspects: Drafting lease agreements, working with company headquarters, and supporting business processes in the properties.
Requirements:
Education/Financial Background: Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or economics – Mandatory.
Experience in Real Estate / Property Management – Mandatory.
Languages: Hebrew and English at a high level (ongoing written and verbal communication abroad) – Mandatory. Fluent Russian – Mandatory.
Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to set up and build databases from scratch and manage the financial and legal history of properties.
High intelligence, independence, initiative, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
Availability for travel in Israel and short flights abroad as needed.
