Shalem Property Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to help expand our network and drive company growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build relationships with property owners and referral partners
Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing
Negotiate and close new business opportunities
Represent the company at networking events and business meetings

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and sales – Required
Proven experience closing deals – Required
Fluent English – Required
Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
