Overview
Providing administrative support to the academic lecturers and students of the English department, from all campuses.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
* Ongoing support to the Head of Department in administrative tasks
* Ongoing handling of exams, grades, appeals, etc.
* Organization of all administrative matters of the department, including purchase orders and petty cash
* Organizing, translating, and editing materials according to the department’s needs
Qualifications:
* Native-level English and Hebrew
* Academic degree – advantage
* Proficiency in Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong service orientation, ability to work under pressure
* Organized and methodical, ability to work independently and as part of a team
