Nefesh B’Nefesh is Expanding!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and full-time Medical Licensing Specialist to join our team at the Jerusalem office. In collaboration with the Ministry of Health, we provide personalized guidance and services to physicians from various countries undergoing the license conversion process. This initiative aims to facilitate the license conversion for medical professionals making Aliyah, addressing the critical shortage of doctors in Israel.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting hundreds of physicians with the bureaucratic steps of license conversion, ensuring a streamlined process. The position involves phone calls, event coordination, emails, documentation review, liaising with government offices, and more. Join us in this dynamic role that contributes to the healthcare needs of the State of Israel!

Job Description:

  • Serve as a licensing expert with a strong understanding of origin country laws and mentality.
  • Proactively reach out to Olim pre and post Aliyah, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Israel Medical Association (IMA).
  • Manage relevant Facebook/WhatsApp groups.
  • Facilitate communication between various government departments and agencies.
  • Act as a liaison with our partnership organizations to advance individuals through the license conversion process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent CRM skills or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to staff events in Israel and present in webinars.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours depending on the countries involved.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Availability to work from the Jerusalem office 3-4 times per week.
  • Willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year.
  • Excellent public speaking ability, comfortable presenting at conferences.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

אנו מחפשים איש צוות מסור ואחראי שיצטרף לצוות הרפרנטים שלנו במשרד בירושלים. בתפקיד זה, תמלא תפקיד מרכזי בתמיכה וסיוע למאות רופאים עולים מכל רחבי העולם להשיג את רשיונם הישראלי ולהשתלב באופן מיטבי במערכת הבריאות הישראלית. התפקיד כולל שיחות טלפון רבות, התכתבויות, תכנון והוצאה לפועל של אירועים בארץ ובחו”ל, ממשק רב עם משרדים ממשלתיים ועוד.

:תיאור המשרה

  • למידה והיכרות עם מערכת הבירוקרטיה הישראלית הנוגעת לרישוי מקצועות הבריאות כמו גם הבנה של פערי התרבות וההבדלים החוקיים בין ישראל ובין מדינות המקור של העולים.
  • פיתוח ושמירה על קשרי עבודה רציפים עם הפקידות המקצועית במשרד הבריאות, ההסתדרות הרפואית ומשרדי ממשלה רלוונטיים נוספים.
  • עמידה בקשר מתמיד עם העולים, טרום עליה ולאחריה.
  • ניהול קבוצות וואצאפ ופייסבוק מקצועיות הרלוונטיות לתחום.
  • ייצוג התכנית אל מול כלל הארגונים והגופים השונים הפעילים בזירת עליית הרופאים.

:דרישות התפקיד

  • תואר ראשון
  • שליטה מלאה בעברית ואנגלית (שפות נוספות – יתרון)
  • כישורי CRM טובים או יכולת למידה מהירה
  • יכולת עמידה מול קהל באירועים ובוובינרים מקוונים
  • גמישות לעבודה בשעות הערב, בהתאם למדינות המעורבות ולזמן המקומי בהן
  • יחסי אנוש מעולים!!!
  • לפחות 3-4 ימי עבודה במשרד בירושלים
  • פניות לנסיעות לחו”ל (3-4 בשנה)
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית כמו גם להיות חלק אינטגרלי מצוות דינמי
