We are seeking a highly motivated growth strategist to help lead the launch of a major publishing project with the potential to reach a broad American and Jewish audience. This role combines strategic marketing, audience development, public relations, and social media growth. The ideal candidate understands how to build awareness, generate momentum, and turn compelling content into a loyal community across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for a major publishing project.
* Create and manage social media campaigns across Instagram (including Reels), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
* Identify trends and create short-form video concepts, scripts, and content designed for organic growth and viral reach.
* Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, influencers, creators, and community organizations.
* Develop launch plans for book releases, speaking opportunities, media appearances, and online campaigns.
* Analyze performance metrics and continually optimize content, messaging, and audience engagement.
* Coordinate marketing initiatives across PR, digital media, email marketing, and live events.
* Identify new opportunities for audience growth, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Requirements:

* Minimum of three years of experience in social media marketing, audience growth, publishing, PR, or digital marketing.
* Proven success growing audiences and creating high-performing content across multiple social media platforms.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create content that inspires people to engage and share.
* Experience developing content strategies, editorial calendars, and launch campaigns.
* Familiarity with the American market; experience with Jewish organizations, media, or cultural initiatives is a strong advantage.
* Creative, strategic, highly organized, and able to work independently.
* Native-level English with outstanding communication skills.
* Passionate about helping build a project with meaningful cultural impact.

Can work remote. Part-time, 6 hours/week.
