We are a small Jerusalem-based IT company looking for a Back Office Manager. 

Responsibilities:

– Manage suppliers

– Coordinate projects

– Accounts payable

– Account receivable

– Manage stock

– Monthly invoicing

– Customer service

 

Requirements:

– High levels of spoken and written English and Hebrew

– Experience with Office 365 applications

– Experience with CRM systems

– Personal initiative

– Quick learner

– Good interpersonal skills

– 3-5 years work experience
