Teaching Position — English Debate & Personal Growth Program
Location: Har Bracha / Ariel Area

We are looking for an inspiring teacher to join Debate & Growth and teach our school-based program in Har Bracha.

The program is taught entirely in English, but it is not a regular English program.

Our program is built around helping students internalize essential skills for succeeding in the world of tomorrow: critical thinking, public speaking, active listening, growth, and resilience.

We believe students do not just need more information. They need to develop skills that can shape and impact their lives.

The goal is much bigger than language. We help students express themselves clearly, think independently, listen deeply, handle challenges, and become more confident, intelligent, and influential versions of themselves.

Requirements:

Classroom teaching experience
A degree in psychology or social work, or a teaching certificate
High-level English
Enjoys working with students
