Now Hiring: Collection & Revenue Cycle Specialist (Remote)

Full-Time (40 hours/week, ideally 9–5 EST)

Established ABA agency on Long Island, NY is seeking an experienced Collection & Revenue Cycle Specialist with ABA/behavioral health billing experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage insurance billing issues, denials, and claim discrepancies
* Handle collections and patient/family financial responsibility
* Follow up with insurance companies and families until issues are resolved
* Track and maintain insurance authorizations
* Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely payments

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
* A strong problem solver who takes ownership
* Excellent on the phone and comfortable making difficult collection calls
* Experienced with ABA/behavioral health billing, insurance claims, authorizations, and collections
* Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
