Overview

The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Controller to join its Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

● Audit, analyze, and reconcile revenues and expenses of the F&B department.

● Conduct monthly audits of the hotel’s kitchen, restaurants, and storage facilities.

● Analyze food costs and generate pricing strategies.

● Perform month-end closing tasks.

● Handle various administrative and office tasks.

 

Qualifications:

● Native-level Hebrew; very good English.

● Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.

● Previous hotel industry experience – required.

● Experience in Front Office (Reception) or Accounting – an advantage.

● Knowledge of Navision Software – an advantage.

● Knowledge of Tabit and/or Opera systems – an advantage

● Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in working hours.

● Obtains a strong initiative and sense of responsibility
