Overview

A discreet, significant, and diverse role that combines working with senior officials and entities in Israel and abroad.

Responsibilities:

Managing and tracking cross-organizational tasks, driving and promoting multi-interface processes.
Complex calendar management, coordinating meetings and schedules.
Preparing professional materials, documents, and presentations ahead of meetings and discussions.
Ongoing communication with internal and external entities in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

4 or more years of experience as a Personal and Professional Assistant or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
Full proficiency in Hebrew, including speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory.
High-level English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
High-level organizational, execution, and follow-up skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Absolute discretion, professional integrity, and the ability to work in an environment requiring complete trust.
Emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication.
Full proficiency in Office applications.
