Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead the Israeli market.
The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial and marketing strategy of the company’s products throughout their entire lifecycle — from launch, through growth and market expansion, to product maintenance and competitive positioning.

This role combines strategic thinking, analytical work, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven marketing execution, while maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and lead the brand’s marketing strategy and annual business plan.
-Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
-Develop forecasts, monitor KPIs, and generate data-driven business insights.
-Lead marketing activities and product launches in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams.
-Develop marketing messages and professional materials aligned with the brand strategy.
-Collaborate with global teams and adapt global strategies to the local Israeli market.
-Manage marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — mandatory.
-Previous experience in Product Management and/or Marketing within a pharmaceutical company — mandatory.
-Experience in data analysis, sales analysis, and strategic planning.
-Experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
-Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.
-Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
-High level of English proficiency.
