Overview
We’re a fast-growing operation looking for someone to own the build side of our systems — CRM, marketing automation, internal tools, integrations. If it lives in a SaaS dashboard, you build it, maintain it, and make it work.
There’s real room for growth: take ownership, ship clean work, and the role expands with the company. Strategy, architecture, and team leadership are all on the table for the right person.
Qualifications:
We need someone detail-oriented and thorough — sloppy configurations cost money and create bugs we hunt down later.
2+ years building inside modern CRMs and automation platforms (HubSpot a strong plus).
Comfortable with code to the extent that you can read scripts, edit them, and ship light technical work without needing an engineer.
Claude Code experience is a plus — we move fast and lean heavily on AI-assisted builds.
Native-level English required.
Full-time, in-office in Rechavia. American salary.
