Join our team at the Chimes after-school program at “Oz” School in the Jessie Cohen neighborhood, Holon
We are looking for caring and dedicated staff to work with children and youth ages 6–21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who function at a low support level.
This is a meaningful, hands-on role in a dynamic and energetic environment with a young and professional team.
The position includes professional guidance, training, and ongoing support.
Position Details:
• Five days a week, Sunday–Thursday
• Working hours: 14:00–18:00
• The role includes physical care and daily support, including feeding assistance and diaper changing
• Participants’ functioning level is moderate to low
• Excellent conditions for suitable candidates
• 20 vacation days per year, including holidays and school breaks
Qualifications:
• Educational and caregiving orientation
• Ability to work with children and youth in a group setting
• Advantage for candidates with experience or background in caregiving/nursing
• Responsibility, sensitivity, patience, and commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical care duties
