Overview

We are looking for a hunter-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and winning new business to managing and growing accounts for the long term. Your mission is to open new markets, “knock on doors”, and close deals, while building lasting relationships with your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage new accounts in Europe and the U.S.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage and grow accounts acquired by you, ensuring client success and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to Europe and U.S. markets.
  • A hunter mentality – thrives on finding and closing new business.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales tools (Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and take ownership of results.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
