Responsibilities:
Speak with new and existing clients by phone
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships
Follow up with clients and provide a welcoming experience
Coordinate introductions and appointments when needed
Maintain professional communication and client notes

Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent phone experience and phone etiquette
Friendly, confident, and professional personality
Organized and dependable
Customer service or client relations experience is a plus
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating long-term relationships.
