About the role:
In this exciting role, you will be selling Career Agents’ innovative Outplacement services to organizations.

Responsibilities:
• Sell Outplacement services to US companies.
• Do online and in-person Sales Presentations.
• Cold calling prospective clients.
• Research HR decision makers via LinkedIn.
• Write and present RFP proposals.
• Track all information accurately in our CRM.
• Maintain excellent communication with the candidate and the Career Agents leadership
team.

Requirements:
• Hunter mentality with experience sourcing and hunting leads.
• 3+ years of recent B2B sales experience in the US market.
• Ability to work in US hours.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-fortitude and the ability not to give up.
• Comfortable with long sales cycles
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• RFP writing experience.
