Overview
A fast-growing real estate office is looking for a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Office Manager to work closely with the agency manager and become the operational backbone of the office.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars and scheduling (Hebrew & English)
Handle client communication (phone, email, WhatsApp)
Track leads and property listings
Work with Excel, CRM systems, and documentation
Maintain office organization (physical & digital)
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills (must)
Strong proficiency in Excel & Office (must)
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Fluent Hebrew & very good English (spoken & written)
Administrative experience / real estate background – advantage
Strong interpersonal skills
High motivation, diligence, and a “can-do” attitude
