Overview

Responsibilities:

– Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure everything runs smoothly across the company
– Manage logistics coordination and ensure operational processes are organized and efficient
– Serve as the central point of contact for internal coordination and vendor relationships
– Handle scheduling and operational planning for leadership and the broader team
– Coordinate with external partners, contractors, and service providers on behalf of the company
– Identify gaps in existing processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency
– Take ownership of special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by leadership

Qualifications: 

– 4+ years of experience in operations, office management, or a logistics-focused role
– Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts independently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools
– Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal oversight
