Overview

We are looking for a senior, multi-disciplinary operator to work directly with the Arbitration Department leadership while driving execution across arbitration operations and cross-department strategic initiatives.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in the trenches, can bring structure to fast-moving environments, and is comfortable operating across departmental execution, organizational priorities, and high-impact initiatives. You will act as a force multiplier to leadership, helping ensure that key initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and accountability.

Qualification: 

*8–15+ years in operations, strategy, project management, or leadership roles
*Experience in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
*Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution
*Comfortable switching between strategy, operations, and execution
*High ownership mentality
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
