Looking to hire an Administrative Assistant

¾ time in-office position, in a boutique, friendly office in Ramat Beit Shemesh. Sunday – Thursday.

The successful candidate will provide general office support and have strong communication skills, with mother-tongue-level English and high Hebrew proficiency.

The role requires excellent phone etiquette, good writing skills, strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Experience with CRM systems is a plus, although training can be provided.
