A leading global consumer goods company is hiring a US Business Operations & Control Coordinator

This is a unique hybrid role with financial and operational ownership of our growing U.S. activity. You’ll serve as the key link between our headquarters in Israel and the U.S. market, ensuring smooth execution across the entire business cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Monthly close and financial reporting for U.S. operations

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Coordinate multi-state U.S. Sales Tax filings with external advisors

* Oversee inventory management and COGS alignment

* Manage relationships with 3PLs and fulfillment centers

* Handle collections, receivables, and chargebacks with North American partners

 

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or business-oriented management

Financial reporting expertise

Experience with U.S. Sales Tax or inventory-based operations – a major advantage

CPA / accounting certification – a plus

Excellent English (written & spoken) – mandatory

Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Priority – advantage)

Hands-on, independent, with a strong ownership mindset

Availability to work across EST business hours as needed
