Overview
Nefesh B’Nefesh is looking for a Rosh Gadol Camp Coordinator (Rakaz/et) to lead our staff summer camp with energy, responsibility, and a passion for working with kids. This is an ideal opportunity for a young professional with experience in youth programming who is eager to take on a leadership role. you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day camp operations, managing logistics, creating a fun and safe environment, and supporting a team of counselors. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic individual.
The camp will take place from Tuesday, August 18 – Monday, August 31 from 9am-3pm at the Nefesh B’Nefesh Jerusalem Aliyah Campus.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven experience working with children
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage dynamic situations
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
