Responsibilities:

1. Preparing a statutory opinion

2. Drafting zoning plans

3. Coordination with Authorities and Infrastructures

4. Preparation of planning reports

5. Edit presentations to present projects to stakeholders

6. Help with project management and leadership

7. Online submission to the BAAT system and available licensing.

Requirements:

8. A degree in GG/urban planning is an advantage

9. Control AutoCAD and Office applications

10. Knowledge of the Mabat system and available licensing – mandatory

11. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

12. Traceability and self-control
