An event marketing services company is looking to hire a Corporate Speaker Recruiter. This well established firm produces high-profile business conferences, both live and virtual, across North America. The Corporate Speaker Recruiter will identify, engage, and place financial services and technology subject matter experts at major business conferences. This role works closely with operations, digital marketing, and CRM teams to ensure strong speaker lineups.

What You’ll Do:
• Source and recruit financial services and technology subject matter experts to speak at corporate events both live and virtual.
• Arrange and coordinate logistical details for the Speakers participation in the events. Maintain communications / support speakers and partners.
• Keep files, processes, and documentation organized.

Key Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew not required)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• High level of technical proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
