Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Director of Operations to help lead and support the next stage of our growth.

This is a part time role that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for translating vision into actionable plans, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and creating systems that allow our team and programs to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
•⁠ ⁠Partner with leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans
•⁠ ⁠Translate vision into clear operational roadmaps with measurable goals and timelines
•⁠ ⁠Track progress and ensure alignment across all initiatives

Operations Management
•⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day operations across programs, courses, and internal systems
•⁠ ⁠Build, refine, and maintain systems that improve efficiency and scalability
•⁠ ⁠Identify possible operational gaps and proactively create solutions

Project Management
•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution
•⁠ ⁠Create timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability across team members
•⁠ ⁠Maintain clarity and momentum across all ongoing initiatives

Team Coordination & Communication
•⁠ ⁠Serve as a central point of coordination across different team members and departments
•⁠ ⁠Facilitate clear, proactive communication to ensure alignment and flow
•⁠ ⁠Support team members in staying organized, focused, and on track

Leadership Support
•⁠ ⁠Act as a thought partner in organizational growth
•⁠ ⁠Help prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
•⁠ ⁠Bring both structure and adaptability to a dynamic, evolving environment 

 

Who You Are: 

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills
•⁠ ⁠A strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the details
•⁠ ⁠Experienced in operations, project management, or organizational leadership
•⁠ ⁠Excellent at managing multiple priorities without losing clarity or momentum
•⁠ ⁠A clear and proactive communicator
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
•⁠ ⁠Self-directed, responsible, and takes full ownership of outcomes

Nice to Have
•⁠ ⁠Experience working in educational programs, spiritual communities, or mission-driven organizations
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with digital platforms (course platforms, email marketing tools)
