Overview
This is a NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.
We’re looking for a hungry, high-activity BDR to build pipeline through outbound. This is a phone-heavy role. If you genuinely like cold calling, moving fast, and improving your craft weekly, you’ll feel at home.
You’ll also learn modern outbound workflows, including how to use AI tools to research accounts, personalize messaging, and iterate faster based on what’s working.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential prospects (frontline-heavy orgs across retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and more)
- Run high-volume outbound: primarily cold calls, plus email and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify quickly: pain, urgency, stakeholders, and next steps
- Book qualified meetings and hand off clean, well-contexted opportunities to the sales team
- Keep pipeline tight in HubSpot: accurate notes, next steps, and follow-up discipline
- Learn, iterate, repeat: test messaging, objections, and angles weekly
- Use AI-assisted research and drafting to personalize outreach at scale and improve connect rates, reply rates, and meeting conversion

HubSpot (CRM), Outreach.io (sequencing and calls), ZoomInfo (prospecting and enrichment)
Who you are
- Around 1 year of SDR/BDR experience or a similar high-volume outbound role
- You’re a hunter: you do not wait for leads, you go get them
- Comfortable with rejection and quick to bounce back
- Strong phone presence and crisp communication in English (friendly, sharp, direct)
- Coachable and competitive, you want to grow and earn bigger responsibilities
- Comfortable working aligned with US business hours
- Able to commute to the Tel Aviv office 3 days per week
