What You’ll Do
Marketplace Strategy & Growth
● Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and sales across Amazon’s EU5 marketplaces.
● Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
● Drive sales forecasting and long-term planning for Amazon performance.
Team Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 1–2 Product Managers with a view to growing the team over time.
● Set clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Amazon SEO & Product Listings
● Own the optimisation of product listings, including keyword research, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
● Improve organic search visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
PPC Advertising & Promotions
● Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
● Plan and optimise promotional strategies including coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal
campaigns.
● Track advertising spend and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis & Reporting
● Monitor sales performance, advertising KPIs, traffic data, and conversion metrics.
● Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
● Use data to inform marketing decisions and guide team activities.
Inventory & Demand Planning
● Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
● Monitor sell-through and inventory turn to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Account Health & Compliance
● Monitor Amazon account health metrics and ensure ongoing compliance with Amazon policies.
● Resolve performance alerts, listing suppression issues, and customer complaints promptly.
Brand Protection & Content Control
● Manage Amazon Brand Registry tools and take proactive measures against unauthorised sellers.
● Ensure all brand content is accurate, consistent, and reflective of brand identity.
New Product Launches
● Oversee successful new product rollouts on Amazon, including pre-launch preparation, keyword strategy, ad setup, and launch campaigns.
Customer Reviews & Feedback Strategy
● Monitor customer reviews and Q&A, providing timely responses and resolving issues.
● Develop strategies to improve review quantity and quality in compliance with Amazon
policies.
Technology & Tool Management
● Identify and leverage third-party tools to enhance operations (e.g. Helium 10, DataHawk, Jungle Scout).
● Oversee reporting dashboards, advertising automation platforms, and listing optimization tools.
Who You Are
● You are a highly analytical, entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for turning marketplace data into sustained revenue growth.
● You have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts, ideally across EU5 marketplaces.
● You are an expert in Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimisation — you know exactly what moves the ranking needle.
● You are comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex performance data into clear, actionable strategies.
● You have a strong understanding of Amazon’s EU5 marketplaces including localisation, compliance, and competitive dynamics.
● You are a natural leader who thrives building and coaching high-performing teams in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
● You are a strong communicator with solid written and verbal English skills, and you thrive working across time zones.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
● Strong understanding of Amazon’s EU5 marketplaces and their nuances.
● Proven track record in driving sales and improving product rankings via SEO and
advertising.
● Highly analytical and skilled in interpreting large data sets and performance trends.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modelling
and data visualisation.
● Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and grow a team.
● Self-motivated and solution-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.
● Proficient in Amazon tools and reporting systems.
