We are looking for a proactive Donor Relations & Grants Coordinator to identify opportunities and lead our global impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage donor portfolios and build new global partnerships
Draft high-level grant proposals, reports, and marketing content
Identify potential funding sources in Israel and the Diaspora
Present the College’s mission at conferences and meetings

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Resource Development
Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew with exceptional writing
and storytelling skills
High digital literacy (Office, Canva, AI tools)
Self-motivated, highly organized, and a natural relationship builder

One work from home day a week.
