Overview

Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Client Service Associate to join our Multi Family Office team. This role works closely with the firm’s partners to support high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial matters, investments, and personal requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with discretion.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and enjoy coordinating with clients, internal teams, financial institutions, and government authorities to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing practical solutions across the range of client financial matters, including cash management bank deposit for an exchange insurance and private real estate transactions.
  • Coordinating with local and international financial institutions to execute transactions and address compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with government authorities to resolve client-related matters.
  • Assisting in the preparation of accurate, high-quality client reports.
  • Supporting marketing administration efforts, including assistance with podcast production.

Qualifications:

  • Spoken and written fluency in both English and Hebrew, a must
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and a proven record of working in a team
  • Detail-oriented and striving to 100% accuracy
  • Strong numeracy, oral communication and written communication skills
  • Qualities of integrity, responsibility and accountability
  • A pragmatic “can do” approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to easily learn new software tools.
  • Two or more years of work experience in financial services or related services (such as investor services, investor relations, account executive or compliance) – an advantage

Work is from our offices in Modiin. Option of one day a week from home (after the training period).
