Overview

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings
▪ Track tasks and ensure follow-through on decisions
▪ Prepare meeting materials and write minutes
▪ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally
▪ Provide ongoing executive and project support to the CEO

Requirements:

Native-level English – required
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
