This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.

This is a full-time, on-site role in North Tel Aviv (no remote work).

What you’ll do: 

  • Find and develop new B2B customer leads through outreach and online research
  • Start conversations with potential customers and guide them through onboarding into active accounts
  • Support existing customers: Daily follow-ups of current & potential business, assist in ongoing communications, and general account assistance.
  • Work closely with other team members in Israel to provide general support across sales operations
  • Conduct market and customer research (categories, competitors, demand trends, etc)
  • Maintain organized customer communication and activity tracking (CRM + internal systems)
  • Availability for occasional evening hours

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent, professional-level English and Japanese (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in proactively reaching out to customers and prospects.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and learning new tools quickly (training will be provided)
  • Strong practical skills in Excel
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter (research, writing, summaries, organization)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and online research tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a global B2B organization is a plus (1–2 years preferred)
  • The position is suitable for Olim; Hebrew is not mandatory.
