Camp Kesher V’Kef is returning for its third summer, providing a joyful, meaningful camp experience focused on fun, connection, and community for girls in Israel. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Camp Director to lead all aspects of camp operations and programming.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee daily camp operations and programming
• Hire, train, supervise, and support camp staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for campers
• Plan and implement engaging activities, events, and schedules
• Communicate with parents, staff, and camp leadership
• Uphold camp policies, values, and safety procedures

May/June/July- 5 hours a week , July 20- Aug 13 Full time

Qualifications:
• Prior camp leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
