At Linguana, we run YouTube localization at scale. We partner with successful creators, use AI to dub their videos into multiple languages, launch localized channels, and once those channels are monetized, we share revenue with the creators.

This role is for someone who likes owning operations end-to-end: moving fast, keeping things organized, and making sure nothing breaks while we publish at high volume.

What Channel Managers do at Linguana:
-Decide which videos to process. Keep videos moving smoothly through the pipeline

-Keep videos moving smoothly through the pipeline
-Coordinate with freelancers + internal ops members
-Ensure publishing schedules are met consistently
-Keep channels running reliably – at scale
