Overview

We’re expanding and looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as support and service agents for our communication services (cellular, internet, landline, and TV).

You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously, using our tools and training.

This is a full-time hybrid position.

Requirements: 

• Native-level English speaker with conversational Hebrew (spoken and written)

• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• “Anglo mentality” and a proactive approach

• Tech-savvy or eager to learn

• Call center experience is a plus

Must be legally eligible to work in Israel.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit are essential.
