We are seeking a creative, proactive and highly articulate Social Media & Community Manager to grow and elevate our brand in the Jewish books and culture space.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in Jewish studies who has lived in the Jewish learning and cultural world, is genuinely passionate about books and authors, and brings rosh gadol and initiative to everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media channels
- Create engaging content around our authors, books and new product launches
- Produce and appear in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
- Help position and promote new non-book products in a creative and authentic way
- Build and engage an active online community
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality brand voice
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew – an advantage)
- Background in Jewish studies and familiarity with the Jewish cultural / learning world
- Strong interest in books, authors and ideas
- Confident in creating video and digital content
- Highly motivated, independent and a true go-getter with rosh gadol thinking
