Overview

We are a Jerusalem-based family office seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our physical office. This is **not** an Executive Assistant role and does not involve calendar or inbox management. Instead, the role focuses on ensuring the office environment is well-run, welcoming, and operating smoothly at all times.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoys taking ownership of an office space. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including more junior candidates or individuals currently in night school.
### Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the office is clean, organized, and running smoothly daily
* Manage office supplies and pantry (ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory)
* Coordinate with local vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.)
* Assist with hosting guests and meetings (set-up, hospitality, logistics)
* Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands as needed
* Act as the point person for general office-related needs and problem-solving
### Requirements
* **Strong Hebrew** (spoken and written)
* **Strong understanding of Anglo culture**, particularly in a professional/office setting
* Highly organized, responsible, and proactive
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple small tasks at once
* Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented
* Experience is flexible — attitude, organization, and common sense are more important than a specific background
