Overview

Description:

-Lead and mentor two AI Automation & Integration Specialists, driving focus, clarity, and execution speed.
-Architect and oversee secure Python-based automations and integrations (Twilio, DocuSign, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.).
-Ensure security and compliance of all AI pipelines—encryption, credential management, HIPAA/PHI standards.
-Build reusable SDKs and promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices for scalable deployment.
-Own sprint planning and execution using clear prioritization, measurable outcomes, and fast iteration cycles.
-Apply LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Google GenAI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain) to automate workflows and decision support systems.
-Implement human-in-the-loop reviews and feedback loops that enable models to self-train and refine over time.
-Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive continuous automation improvements.

Requirements: 

4+ years in Python automations or backend systems
Experience with AI platforms: OpenAI, Gemini, Google-GenAi
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain
2+ years in a leadership or technical lead capacity
Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, SDK development, and Infrastructure-as-Code
Deep understanding of API integrations, workflow orchestration, and secure system design
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2)
Strong judgment around prioritization, tradeoffs, and execution in a fast-paced environment

Document Processing Experience (Preferred but Valuable)
• If your automations interact with documents, PDFs, or scanned content, experience with the following is a plus:
• Pillow (image manipulation)
• img2pdf (image-to-PDF pipelines)
• PyMuPDF / fitz (PDF text and image extraction, merging, redaction)
