About the Role
We are a growing bookkeeping firm that partners with small and mid-sized U.S. businesses to provide
accurate, timely, and stress-free financial support. Our team values integrity, responsiveness, and

Key Responsibilities
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
 Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts on a regular basis
 Assist with budget tracking and cash flow monitoring

Qualifications
 Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity when handling confidential financial information
 Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
 Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
 Takes pride in attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work independently and reliably
 Excellent English
