Overview

The position involves providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support for the English Speaking Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining ongoing communication with students, parents, lecturers, service providers, and College departments.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including arranging international travel
• Managing and maintaining applicant records and registration files
• Supervising the preparation of written content in English and overseeing updates across social media platforms

Requirements:

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office
• High-level Hebrew proficiency; Fluent English – mandatory
• Comfortable in an Orthodox religious environment
• Position scope: 75% position
• Maternity leave replacement – 6 months Position
