Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant / Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Head of the Office and the local team, as well as full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the office.
Key responsibilities:
• Ongoing administrative support to the Head of the Office and the professional team
• Calendar management, meeting coordination, and conference calls
• Coordination of international travel and preparation of expense reports
• Welcoming guests and handling phone and email correspondence
• Office budget management, office supplies, and purchasing
• Organization of employee welfare activities and team events
• Assistance in the production of a prestigious annual conference with hundreds of industry professionals in attendance
• Ongoing work with global teams and international stakeholders
Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00
On-site position, working from the company offices
Job requirements:
• Native-level English – mandatory
• Very high-level Hebrew, including professional writing skills
• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment; experience in a global company is a strong advantage
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, logistics, and complex coordination
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Quick thinking, execution-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
• Discretion, service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
