Part-Time Recruiter – Remote (Within Israel)

We are seeking a part-time recruiter to speak with candidates in our database and match them to new job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with candidates to assess skills, experience, and interest
• Match candidates to relevant job opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a phone or people-focused role (e.g., recruiting, HR, sales, collections, therapy)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and organized

Remote, 20–24 per week, Monday–Thursday, U.S. hours
