About the Role
TALMA is seeking a passionate English Teacher to teach 3rd grade students in an after-school (Tzaharon) program in Bnei Ayish.
This is a part-time position focused on building basic English communication skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Job Description

• Teach English to a 3rd grade class in an after-school setting.
• Lead and manage a classroom of approximately 20 students.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons focused on speaking, listening, and basic literacy.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support students’ confidence and curiosity in using English.
• Collaborate with the educational team and follow TALMA’s pedagogical guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Background in education, teaching, or instruction – through studies and/or practical experience.
• Good command of Hebrew – for communication with students and staff.
• Availability for a part-time position.
• Ability to manage and lead a classroom of around 20 students.
• Responsibility, patience, and a positive approach to working with children.
