This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights to guide effective budget management and resource allocation across all programs. The analyst will monitor departmental budgets, track financial performance, and assist leadership in making informed decisions through accurate forecasting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with department leadership to ensure compliance, transparency, and long-term
financial stability, contributing to the department’s overall efficiency and success.

50% position

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or an equivalent certificate
Experience: 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related area.
Experience with Priority, Proficiency in financial modelling, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with financial software systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English. (Mother-tongue level English, High-level Hebrew)
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
