Research and identify prospective institutional donors abroad

Prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and development materials
- Track funding opportunities and manage follow-up to ensure steady fundraising flow
- Create high-quality content for newsletters, social media and website
- Coordinate donor visits, meetings, and site tours
- Maintain accurate donor records and correspondence in a CRM system
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support
- 60% position – part time

Job Requirements:
- Native-level English with excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluent Hebrew (written and spoken) required for internal collaboration
- At least 2 years of experience in grant writing or resource development
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with institutional philanthropy (US-focused knowledge an advantage)
- Proficiency with digital tools, Al platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office
- CRM experience – advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
