Job Description:
BINA seeks a creative and experienced professional to join its Resource Development team.
As a member of the BINA Development team, you get to:
• Report to the Head of Development and work collaboratively with a highly professional and ambitious team;
• Develop and write persuasive proposals, grant applications, and stewardship reports for donors and prospects;
• Help develop materials, strategic plans and other donor communications for donors and prospects;
• Ensure proposals are well-organized, clear, and adhere to the guidelines and requirements of funding sources;
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation required by funding sources;
• Prepare budgets based on organizational information;
• Conduct prospect research using established databases;
• Manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.

• Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
• Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
• Have faultless Hebrew and impeccable writing skills;
• Are familiar with data management and other digital tools;
• Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets;
• Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;
• Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;
• Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
