Looking to hire an administrative assistant for the Purchasing Department, located in the Jewish Quarter, Jerusalem.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handling orders from the moment they are received until delivery.
• Assisting and guiding internal departments with the ordering system.
• Building catalogs, writing protocols, and producing reports.
• Tracking and updating invoices and payments.
• Market research and comparison of price quotes.
Job Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in secretarial/administrative work – required.
• Languages: Hebrew – native level; English – good level – required.
• Proficiency in computer applications, internet, and Office, especially Excel – required.
• Strong computer literacy – required.
• Orderliness, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently, assertiveness, initiative.
• Willingness to work in an orthodox environment.
• Work requires interface with internal organizational departments.
• Full‑time position, 08:30–16:30, flexible. Hybrid office/home
