About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Success & Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and help provide a positive experience for both potential and onboarding clients. This role supports Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), engages with clients exploring pro-bono and paid services, and gathers feedback during the early stages of their interaction with us.
Evening availability is required to align with U.S.-based client communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and taking responsibility for moving conversations forward.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Team & SDR Support
· Assist SDRs with lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-up coordination
· Prepare background notes and materials ahead of prospect calls
· Help schedule consultations and internal meetings
· Monitor lead status and flag opportunities for review
Client Interaction & Service Support
· Communicate with potential clients interested in both paid and pro-bono services
· Assist clients through the onboarding process and help answer questions
· Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams when needed
· Keep client records accurate and up to date
Feedback Gathering & Insight Sharing
· Reach out to clients during early engagement and onboarding to gather informal feedback
· Document client impressions, expectations, and concerns
· Share relevant insights with the sales and operations teams to help refine the client experience
